SHIPPING AND HANDLING OPTIONS
All orders placed on the Go Phonics Store are shipped by ground. We ship smaller orders via U.S. Postal Service Media Rate. Larger orders may ship UPS ground unless the address is a P.O. Box. Contact Customer Service for orders that require Priority and UPS second day air. Shipping and Handling is determined by the cost of the order and the method of shipping. Standard ground delivery will be the following:
Orders under $50.00 - $6.50
$50.00 up to $70.00 - $7.50
$70.00 up to $90.00 - $8.50
$90.00 up to $120.00 - $9.50
$120.00 and up - add 8%

Sales tax is applied to the total (including shipping) for orders shipping to NJ and WA State.
For orders outside the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia please contact Customer Service.
Special shipping requests: Let us know if you want your order shipped with a signature release (without required signature). Note: Customer assumes responsibility once the order is delivered to the shipping address.
When you receive your shipment, first verify all contents. To qualify for replacements, you must contact FFL Customer Service at 1-800-553-5950 (PT) within 30 days of receipt. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. CDs and black-line masters may be returned within 30 days for replacement only. FFL accepts returns for credit or replacement only within 120 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Returned material must be:
- In the current version/edition
- In salable condition, with no damage, markings, or wear
- Kits, Sets, and other packaged items must be returned complete as sold.
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that returns include a copy of the packing slip or invoice and be traceable / insured through shipper. FFL Customer Service will work with you to qualify the return and issue an RMA number. RMA numbers should be clearly marked on all packages. FFL is not responsible for returned packages received without an RMA number.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
